Empowering Veterans to Conquer the Digital Divide

Operation Digital Heroes is a computer literacy program designed to help military veterans gain valuable skills that can enhance their use and navigation of computers and digital resources. Through hands-on training, veterans will learn the fundamentals of using a computer, to practical skills such as surfing the web, sending and managing emails, and utilizing online resources. 


By providing step-by-step guidance and support, this program ensures veterans gain the confidence and competence to thrive in an increasingly digital society. Whether it's staying connected with family, accessing online job resources, or managing everyday tasks, Operation Digital Heroes sets veterans on a path to mastering these essential skills.

Who We Are

Erin Stanford

Erin Stanford is an honor student at Emanuel County Institute in Twin City, Georgia. She is a community advocate and youth leader who developed Operation Digital Heroes collaboratively with United Veterans of Millen, Inc. She was selected as a Bullard Community Champion while participating in the University of Georgia's Youth LEAD Georgia Program where she was awarded funding to begin this service opportunity. Stanford remains committed to making a difference in her community through innovative service projects.

United Veterans of Millen, Inc. is a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to supporting veterans. Founded by veterans for veterans, we provide resources, advocacy, and community outreach to ensure those who served receive the respect, assistance, and opportunities they deserve. Through mentorship and camaraderie, we strive to uplift and empower our fellow veterans. United in purpose, we stand strong for those who have sacrificed for our nation.
